New Augmented Multidisciplinary Team (A-MDT) Funding Opportunity -
Southern Tier Region
The NYS Office for Children and Family Services (OCFS), NYS Office for the Aging (NYSOFA), and Lifespan of Greater Rochester are launching the Augmented Multidisciplinary Team (A-MDT) Pilot to address abuse of adults age 18 to 59. Similar to the successful E-MDT model, A-MDTs will address all forms of abuse (financial exploitation; physical, psychological, and sexual abuse; neglect by others; and self-neglect) by bringing together entities with unique resources and skills to provide improved and effective cross-systems collaboration and specialized responses.
Requests for Applications (RFAs) a for multi-county hub organization to coordinate Augmented Multidisciplinary Teams (A-MDTs) in the Southern Tier Region (Broome, Chenango, Delaware, Otsego, and Tioga Counties.)
The deadline for submitting applications is Friday, Dec 2, 2022 at 11:59pm.
