Transportation Access (TRAC)
Do you need a ride for a medical appointment, to go shopping or even to visit a friend?
If you live in Monroe County, are 60 or older or have a disability, call Lifespan at 585-244-8400 and ask to speak with a TRAC mobility specialist.
TRAC is not a transportation provider; but our mobility specialists do know all the available options. Wheelchair accessible options and door-to-door transportation options are available. Fees for rides vary based on the transportation provider, however our information and guidance is free.
