Do you need a ride for a medical appointment, to go shopping or even to visit a friend?
If you live in Monroe County, are 60 or older or have a disability, call Lifespan at 585-244-8400, ext. 244 to speak with a transportation specialist.
The transportation specialists will provide you with options. Our help is free for any Monroe County resident 60 and older and for people of any age with a disability.
We do not provide transportation but our mobility specialists do know all the available options. Wheelchair accessible options and door-to-door transportation options are available. Fees for rides vary based on the transportation provider.
