Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a six-week educational program focused on your needs. The classes provide you with the skills and confidence you need to better care for yourself while caring for others. This workshop takes place on Tuesdays, 12:30 - 3 pm at the Westside YMCA. You do not need to be a Y member. Free. Registration is required. Please use our registration link.
