Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a six-session educational program focused on your needs. The classes provide you with the skills and confidence you need to better care for yourself while caring for others. This workshop is held Tuesdays, September 25 to October 30, 3 - 4:30 pm. Reservations required. Please call the Schuyler County Office for the Aging at 607-535-7108.
