This workshop is a six-session educational program focused on your needs. The sessions will provide you with the skills and confidence you need to better care for yourself while caring for others. This workshop takes place Tuesdays from 1 to 3:30 pm starting October 15 and ending November 19, 2019. Reservations are required. Please use our registration link or call 585-498-4022.
