This workshop is a six-session educational program focused on your needs. The sessions will provide you with the skills and confidence you need to better care for yourself while caring for others. This workshop takes place Tuesdays from 2 to 3:30 pm starting April 9 and ending May 14, 2019. Reservations are required.
