This workshop is a six-session educational program focused on your needs. The sessions will provide you with the skills and confidence you need to better care for yourself while caring for others. This workshop takes place on Tuesdays from 12:30 to 3 pm starting May 7 and ending June 11, 2019. The location is Lifespan’s Resource Center at the Eastside YMCA. You do NOT need to be a Y member to attend. Reservations required. Please use our registration link or call 585-287-6398.
