Location: Honeoye Falls. This workshop is a six-session educational program focused on your needs. The sessions will provide you with the skills and confidence you need to better care for yourself while caring for others. This workshop takes place Wednesdays from 5 to 7:30 pm starting July 24 and ending August 28, 2019. Reservations are required. Please use our registration link or call 585-498-4022.
