Focused on "falls prevention," this class offers seated and standing balance exercises - simple to learn, fun to practice. Participants are encouraged to move within their comfort zone and at their own pace. Ongoing class is held Mondays and Wednesdays, Sept. 14 to Nov. 25, 11 - 11:30 am. Join at any time!
