Seated Tai Chi Online

This course is based on Tai chi for Arthritis, and the class will be taught solely from a seated position. Gentle movement strengthens those deep, internal muscles, enhancing flexibility and balance. Exercise mind and body together. Ongoing class is held Thursdays beginning September 17 and ending November 19, 11 - 11:30 am. Join at any time! Registration is required.
