Based on Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention, this class will be taught solely from a seated position. Gentle movement strengthens deep, internal muscles, enhancing flexibility and balance. Exercise mind and body together.

16 classes held Tuesdays & Fridays beginning Tuesday, Jan. 5 and ending Friday, February 26. You may register for this class until January 15.
