Following the Sun Style of Tai Chi, developed by Dr. Paul Lam with the Tai Chi for Health Institute. Participants should have learned the Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention Parts 1 and 2. We will work through the 73 forms. Twice weekly, 30-minute sessions. Class is held Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10-10:30 am.
Starts Tuesday, February 9. Class ends Thursday, April 8. Join until the registration closes on February 23, 2021.
