This introductory program focuses on the cultivation of “Qi” – life-force energy – through mindful breathing, postures, and gentle movement. An ancient practice now widely acknowledged among US health practitioners for its many benefits to mind/body/spirit.

Join anytime: attend one, some, or all sessions. Occurs Fridays beginning July 2 at 10 am. Ends Friday, August 27 at 10:30 am.
