Join Lifespan for Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention! Slow, gentle movement, imagining resistance, upright posture. Sun Style of Tai Chi, developed by Dr. Paul Lam with the Tai Chi for Health Institute. Participants should have completed Part 1 before registering for this Part 2 series.
Twice weekly, 45-minute classes.

Class is held Mondays and Wednesdays beginning June 7 and ending July 28. Registration open until June 16.
