Tai chi for Life Online

A simple introduction to Tai Chi and its benefits to mind, body, and spirit. Learn a set of movements to improve balance, flexibility, and overall well-being. As with all programs, movements can be modified to be done from a standing or seated position.

Starts, Monday, May 17. Classes held on Mondays and Wednesdays for 9 sessions, 30 minutes each, from 9-9:30am (no class on Memorial Day.) Ends Thursday, June 16.
