Tai chi for Diabetes Online

This program is part of the Tai chi for Health series developed by Dr. Paul Lam. Combining Sun and Yang styles, this slow, gentle practice is designed to prevent and/or improve the control of diabetes. It also helps to minimize risks associated with diabetes by improving heart/lung function, strength, flexibility, balance and stress. This class takes place over Zoom.

This series starts on Wednesday, June 16, 11 am and ends on Friday, July 16, 11:30 am. Registration closes on July 10.
