Exploring Tai chi Online

If you've been curious about Tai chi, but nervous to try it, this class will be the perfect introduction. Combining education (some history, philosophy, science, and health) with a few simple, beginning movements, the course will allow you to learn about this wellness practice and get a taste of a few easy forms.

This series is held Mondays and Wednesdays, noon to 12:45 pm, starting July 19 and ending August 25. This class is held virtually over Zoom.
