This program is adapted from the Tai chi for Health series developed by Dr. Paul Lam. Combining different Tai chi styles, this slow, gentle practice is designed to improve heart/lung function, glucose level stability, strength, flexibility, and balance, while reducing stress and lifting your mood. For beginners, experienced, and all abilities.
