Join us twice a week at the Seneca Co Office for the Aging for Tai chi. This program is adapted from the Tai chi for Health series developed by Dr. Paul Lam. Combining different Tai chi styles, this slow, gentle practice is designed to improve heart/lung function, glucose level stability, strength, flexibility, and balance, while reducing stress and lifting your mood. For beginners, experienced, and all abilities. Registration required.

With a special invitation to caregivers and people living with memory loss, the series is open to all who seek to enhance their own physical/mental well-being.
