Designed to reduce the fear of falling and promotes balance, strengthening, flexibility, range of motion, and problem-solving. Workshop is a combination of gentle group exercise and group discussion. Eight 2-hour sessions, once a week. Registration is required and you will be directed to the Irondequoit Recreation webpage.
