Tai chi for Arthritis Part 1 in Geneseo

Evidence-based program developed by Dr. Lam, with the Tai Chi for Health Institute. Improves balance, reduces the risk of falling, and reduces pain, stiffness, and decreased range of motion associated with arthritis. Slow, gentle, relaxing movements can be done seated or standing.   Sixteen sessions of 45-minute classes at the Wadsworth Library in Geneseo. 

Note: you do not need to have arthritis to benefit from this class.
