Self-care has become a popular buzzword, often associated with pampering ourselves through expensive or time-consuming activities. But what really is self-care, why is it so important, and how can we integrate it into our daily lives? Join us to learn why self-care is for everyone, especially caregivers!  

Through this workshop, you will:

  • Learn about burnout, compassion fatigue, and how to recognize signs and symptoms.

  • Gain insight into self-care, the role it plays in preventing burnout and its impact on our overall wellbeing.

  • Learn about and demo simple self-care activities you can implement into your daily life with or without your care partner.
