Tai chi for Health Online

Mondays and Fridays, 1-1:45 pm, July 15 - August 29, 2022. Starts Friday, July 15. Online via Zoom.

This program is adapted from the Tai chi for Health series developed by Dr. Paul Lam. Combining different Tai chi styles, this slow, gentle practice is designed to improve strength, flexibility, and balance, while reducing stress and lifting your mood. For beginners, experienced, and all abilities.
