Tai chi for Memory Online

Fridays, September 2-30, 2022, 11:00-11:30 am, once a week over Zoom.

A class for people with memory concerns, and/or people who care for them. Care partners may take the class on their own or together with their friend/loved one (please register each person separately). Learn simple, calming, healthy movements to be shared throughout the week.
