Addresses physical, emotional, and social impacts of living with or caring for someone with a chronic health condition. Learn healthy strategies for living comfortably and remaining active. Utilizes a “toolbox” which includes healthy eating, sleep, stress management, exercise, reading labels, communication, problem-solving, action planning, and managing difficult emotions. Once a week for 6 weeks. Registration is required.
