Fridays: July 7, 14, 21, 28, August 4, 11, 18, 25

This program is adapted from the Tai Chi for Health series developed by Dr. Paul Lam. This slow, gentle practice is designed to improve heart/lung function, immunity, strength, flexibility, and balance, while reducing stress and lifting your mood. May be done standing or seated. All are welcome.

With a special invitation to caregivers and people living with memory loss, the series is open to all who seek to enhance their own physical/mental well-being.
