Do you struggle to balance life while caregiving for a loved one?

This free, six-week educational program focuses on the needs of family caregivers of someone with a chronic illness and/or dementia. Family caregivers develop a variety of self-care tools to:
- Reduce personal stress
- Change negative self-talk
- Communicate their needs to family members and healthcare providers
- Communicate more effectively in challenging situations
- Deal with difficult feelings
- Make tough caregiving decisions
Class participants also receive a copy of The Caregiver Helpbook, developed specifically for the class.
Space is limited and registration is required. Volunteer respite may be available upon request; inquire with Eve at your earliest convenience if your loved one cannot be left alone while you are in class.

To register: Contact Eve Moses at 585-287-6398 or use the link below.
