Tai Chi is an evidence-based program developed by Dr. Lam, with the Tai Chi for Health Institute. Improves balance, reduces the risk of falling, and reduces pain, stiffness, and decreased range of motion associated with arthritis and other health concerns. Slow, gentle, relaxing movements can be done seated or standing. Offered virtually via Zoom.

Instructor: Wendy Fambro

This wellness offering is sponsored by the Finger Lakes Caregiver Institute at Lifespan and funded in part by a grant from the New York State Department of Health. With a special invitation to caregivers and people living with memory loss, the series is open to all who seek to enhance their own physical/mental well-being.
