Tai chi for Arthritis is an evidence-based program developed by Dr. Lam with the Tai chi for Health Institute. Following the Sun Style of Tai chi, this workshop is designed to improve balance, reduce the risk of falling, and to reduce pain, stiffness, and decreased range of motion associated with arthritis. Movements are slow and gentle and can be done seated or standing.
Registration is managed through the JCC.
