Basic Balance via Zoom

Simple balance exercises - seated and standing (or remain seated throughout.) Improve balance through simple movements designed to build strength, flexibility, and range of motion. All abilities expected and welcome.

 Class is held Mondays, July 1 to August 19, 9 - 9:30 am.

This wellness offering is sponsored by the Finger Lakes Caregiver Institute at Lifespan and funded in part by a grant from the New York State Department of Health. With a special invitation to caregivers and people living with memory loss, the series is open to all who seek to enhance their own physical/mental well-being.
