Class is every Monday and Thursday from 10-10:45 am beginning February 3 through March 20th
All Tai chi programs welcome people with all abilities. Movement is slow and gentle with consistent guidance from instructor as we progress. The classes will be taught standing, but students may also participate from a seated position (or a combination of sitting/standing as able.)
The benefits of tai chi include: builds balance, flexibility, strength, immunity, organ health, while lowering stress/anxiety/blood pressure. Fun - the practice is called “playing tai chi.”
