Tai Chi for Memory Online

Fridays, 10-10:30am, March 3-31, 2023 | Once a week over Zoom.

A class for people with memory concerns, and/or people who care for them. Care partners may take the class on their own or together with their friend/loved one (please register each person separately). Learn simple, calming, healthy movements to be shared throughout the week.

Registration is required.

This wellness offering is sponsored by the Finger Lakes Caregiver Institute at Lifespan and funded in part by a grant from the New York State Department of Health. With a special invitation to caregivers and people living with memory loss, the series is open to all who seek to enhance their own physical/mental well-being.
