Join Lifespan for A Matter of Balance! Designed to assist older adults reduce fears of falling, increase physical activity levels, and increase confidence. This class is a combination of group discussion and exercise. Includes home safety checklist, fall-attitudes survey. Exercises promote balance, range of motion, and flexibility.
