Balancing Our Lives Online

Focused on "falls prevention," this class offers seated and standing balance exercises - simple to learn, fun to practice. Participants are encouraged to move within their comfort zone and at their own pace. Class is held Mondays and Wednesdays, Sept. 14 to Nov. 25, 11 - 11:30 am. A welcoming space for all abilities.
