This evidence-based program offers slow, gentle movement done at your own pace and within your own comfort zone. Improves balance, flexibility, mood, and overall health. Suitable for people with arthritis, but beneficial to everyone. Ongoing class is held Wednesdays and Fridays, Sept. 16 to Nov. 25, noon to 12:45 pm. Join at any time! Registration is required.
