Tai chi for Life is a simple introduction to Tai chi and its benefits to mind/body/spirit. Learn a set of movements to improve balance, flexibility and overall wellbeing. As with all programs, movements can be modified to be done from a standing or seated position. Class is held Wednesdays and Fridays beginning September 16 and ending November 25, 1 to 1:30 pm.
