Seated Tai Chi Online

This course is based on Tai chi for Arthritis, and the class will be taught solely from a seated position. Gentle movement strengthens those deep, internal muscles, enhancing flexibility and balance. Exercise mind and body together. Class is held Thursdays beginning September 17 and ending November 19, 11 - 11:30 am. Registration is required. Please CLICK HERE to register.
