A six-session educational program focused on the needs of family caregivers of individuals with chronic illness or memory loss. The sessions will provide you with the skills and confidence you need to better care for yourself while caring for others.

This workshop takes place via Zoom Tuesdays 2 - 3:30 pm starting January 19 and ending Feb. 23.

$20 suggested contribution. No one turned away for inability to contribute.

Interpreting services, translation services, and additional accommodations are available upon request (with advanced notice). If an event already has interpreters scheduled, it will be noted.
