Join Lifespan for Tai chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention. Gentle movements, combined with breathing, upright posture, imagining resistance, weight transference, loose joints, and mindfulness. Developed by Dr. Paul Lam, with the Tai chi for Health Institute. Classes are 45-minutes long and held twice a week for 8 weeks.
