Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention I Online

Evidence-based program developed by Dr. Lam with the Tai Chi for Health Institute. Follows the Sun style of Tai chi, and is designed to improve balance, reduce the risk of falling, and to reduce pain, stiffness, and decreased range of motion associated with arthritis. Slow, gentle, relaxing movements can be done seated or standing. Participant handbook included.

Class is held Mondays and Fridays, 11:30 am -12:30 pm. Started Monday, March 1. Class ends April 23. Sixteen sessions.
