Class is held Tuesdays and Thursdays, 3:00-3:45 pm in-person in Mt. Morris, NY. Starts Tuesday, January 25 and ends March 17, 2022.

Evidence-based program developed by Dr. Lam, with the Tai Chi for Health Institute. Improves balance, reduces the risk of falling, and reduces pain, stiffness, and decreased range of motion associated with arthritis. Slow, gentle, relaxing movements can be done seated or standing.
