Offered via Zoom or in-person at Seneca County Office for the Aging in Waterloo.
Evidence-based program developed by Dr. Lam, with the Tai Chi for Health Institute. Improves balance, reduces the risk of falling, and reduces pain, stiffness, and decreased range of motion associated with arthritis. Slow, gentle, relaxing movements can be done seated or standing.
