Tai chi for Diabetes Online

Tuesdays and Thursdays, twice a week, 9-9:45 am, October 19-November 30, 2021.

This program is part of the Tai chi for Health series developed by Dr. Paul Lam. Combining Sun and Yang styles, this slow, gentle practice is designed to prevent and/or improve the control of diabetes. It also helps to minimize risks associated with diabetes by improving heart/lung function, strength, flexibility, balance and stress.

This class takes place over Zoom.
