Designed to assist older adults to reduce their fear of falling, increase their confidence levels, and increase physical activity. Promotes balance, strengthening, flexibility, range of motion, and problem-solving. Workshop is a combination of gentle group exercise and group discussion. Home and community environmental hazard addressed. 1x/week, for 8 weeks, 2-hour sessions. Registration is required
