This introductory program focuses on the cultivation of “Qi” – life-force energy – through mindful breathing, postures, and gentle movement. An ancient practice now widely acknowledged among U.S. health practitioners for its many benefits to mind, body, and spirit. Registration is required.

This wellness offering is sponsored by the Finger Lakes Caregiver Institute at Lifespan and funded in part by a grant from the New York State Department of Health. With a special invitation to caregivers and people living with memory loss, the series is open to all who seek to enhance their own physical/mental well-being.
