Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a six-week series for people caring for a friend or family member who is living with ANY chronic illness. Participants receive a copy of the Caregiver Helpbook, developed specifically for the class. Reservations required.

Lifespan offers this 6-week workshop multiple times throughout the year. In-person and online options available. Review our website for additional offerings of this series.
