Evidence-based program, this class is a continuation of Dr. Lam’s Tai chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention Part 1. Part 1 is a prerequisite. Gentle movements, using mindfulness, upright posture, smooth, flowy, non-stop movement. Great for relaxation, pain relief, balance, and fun!
