Join Lifespan for review of Tai Chi for Arthritis (TCA), parts I & II. Tai Chi for Arthritis features gentle movements combined with breathing, upright posture, imagining resistance, weight transference, loose joints, and mindfulness. For those who have taken Tai Chi for Arthritis I or II, this is a chance to just jump on Zoom and review the program. You may sign in at 12:00 for TCA I and stay for TCA II, or just join at 12:30 for TCA II. If you've never taken either class before and simply want a preview, you are welcome to join in to watch. Registration required.
