What is tai chi? Tai chi combines slow moving with deep breathing. What are the benefits? Increase strength, balance & posture. Prevent falls. Improve mind, body & spirit. Reduce stress and increase relaxation.

Evidence-based program developed by Dr. Lam with the Tai chi for Health Institute. Follows the Sun Style of Tai Chi, and is designed to improve balance, reduce the risk of falling, and to reduce pain, stiffness, and decreased range of motion associated with arthritis. Slow, gentle, relaxing movements. Seated or standing. Sixteen 45-minute sessions, twice a week for 8 weeks.
