Join Lifespan for Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention, Part 1. Sun Style Tai Chi, following the principles of gentle movement, upright posture, imagining resistance, keeping joints loose and relaxed, and mindful breathing. This class meets twice a week, for 8 weeks. Sessions are 45 minutes.
